Returns due to shipping carrier damage will be replaced by us with photo evidence supplied by the recipient. In the case of a return request, please contact us and returns/replacements will be handled individually.

Orders will be shipped within 3 - 5  business days of order placement and sent USPS/UPS ground unless otherwise selected during the ordering process.  Estimated shipping cost will be determined by weight and zipcode.

 

If an item is backordered, we will ship your order when all items are in stock. You will be notified of any items on backorder and will have the opportunity to adjust your order if you choose.
